4. Collect and organize customer information, utilize professional knowledge to quickly respond to customer needs;

5. Conduct business negotiations with clients, fulfill contracts, and be responsible for resolving various issues with clients;

6. Establish customer resources, maintain good customer relationships, and conduct regular follow-up visits.

1. Provide intellectual property consulting services to enterprises, explore the value of customer patents, plan and write patent protection plans. 

2. Write patent application documents and respond

to examination opinions; 

3. Patent search, reexamination application, patent invalidation request, etc. 

1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical automation, electronics, communication, software engineering,chemical pharmaceuticals, and related majors; 

2. Proficient in using drawing software such as AUTO CAD or PS; 

3. Good communication skills and strong technical understanding ability; 

4. Those who have experience in writing utility model and invention patents, and hold a patent agent qualification certificate are preferred; 

5. Excellent fresh graduates who love the intellectual property industry are also eligible.
