Drafting, reviewing and revising international trade contracts and related legal documents; participating in negotiations on international trade, international technology transfer, large-scale foreign-related construction contracting and other projects; providing legal advice for international trade projects; conducting credit checks and providing relevant legal opinions for international trade; handling other legal matters related to international commercial activities; acting in litigation, arbitration and mediation for international trade disputes; providing clients with information on the WTO legal system and information, including trade laws of the EU, the US and other countries.

◆ Acting as an agent in litigation, arbitration and mediation of international trade disputes;

◆ Provide clients with information about WTO legal system, information, including trade laws of EU, US and other countries.
