        Definition 

        A "passport" to the market is a sign that distinguishes goods or service of different origins, including words, graphics, letters, numbers, three-dimensional signs, color combinations and sounds, as well as combinations of these elements.

        Registered trademarks refer to trademarks approved by the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, including commodity trademarks, service trademarks and collective and certification trademarks. This includes domestic registration, registration in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, and international registration.
