Registration of computer software copyrights
Computer software refers to computer programs and their related documents. A computer program is a sequence of codified instructions, or a sequence of symbolic statements, that achieves a certain function; Documentation refers to textual information and diagrams used to describe the content, composition, design, functional specifications, development, test results and usage of a program, such as design instructions, operating instructions documentation, user manuals, etc. The registration of copyright of computer software is a prerequisite and strong guarantee for the copyright owner to fully exercise and protect its software copyright. In the event of a software copyright dispute, one can assert one's rights by virtue of the Software Copyright Registration Certificate.
