Patent invalidation defense

        According to the Patent Law and the Enforcement Rules of the Patent Law, if the Department of Patent Office Review and Invalidation finds that the request for invalidation meets the requirements after formal examination, the Department of Patent Office Review and Invalidation will send a copy of the request for invalidation of patent rights and relevant documents to the patentee and request the patentee to file the request for invalidation of patent rights within a specified period of time (one month after receipt of the request for invalidation).
