        The application for assistance in the protection of intellectual property rights refers to the provision of legal assistance to those intellectual property rights holders who have difficulties in defending their rights and lack legal knowledge, and the provision of unconditional and free legal assistance in the event of infringement of intellectual property rights, with the aim of protecting the legitimate rights and interests of intellectual property rights and intellectual property rights holders in China. 

        The conditions for applying for the aid of intellectual property rights safeguarding: 

◆ Legal persons and other organizations and citizens who cannot pay for the processing and litigation costs of intellectual property disputes due to economic difficulties;

◆ Legal persons, other organizations and citizens who encounter difficult intellectual property matters or cases;

◆ Intellectual property matters or cases that are difficult to resolve in major R&D, economic and trade, investment and technology transfer activities;

◆ Winning in foreign-related or significant impact intellectual property litigation with huge litigation expenses; 

◆ Other service that fall within the scope of the Center's rights protection assistance service.

        *Note: There are conditions for the application of IPR assistance, as long as the above conditions are met, you can submit documents to the IPR Office to obtain legal assistance. You must stop the infringement in time after you discover it, communicate and negotiate first, and if the other party does not stop the infringement, you can sue to resolve it.
