Administrative litigation

◆ Drafting, reviewing and modifying contracts, statutes and other legal documents for Sino-foreign joint ventures, cooperative enterprises and wholly foreign-owned enterprises, and participating in project negotiations;

◆ Drafting and reviewing all legal documents for the establishment of branches, subsidiaries and joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions of companies and corporate entities, providing legal advice, etc.;

◆ Drafting and reviewing legal documents for enterprise capital increase and share transfer;

◆ Provide legal advice and related legal service for the company's finance and taxation;；

◆ Provide legal service for company liquidation; 

◆ Acting as an agent in litigation, arbitration and mediation of economic disputes.
